    Owner and history

The vineyard covers 5.78 hectares and is expertly managed organically by Axelle Courdurié. The soils are worked, plowed, and the vines are pruned using the double Guyot method. There are 6 bunches per vine and a planting density of 6,000 vines per hectare. The grape varieties are predominantly Merlot (90%), followed by Cabernet Sauvignon (7%) and Cabernet Franc (3%). Regarding the soils, we find: Badon terroir: Sand and clay with a clay-limestone subsoil; well-drained soil brings finesse. Saint Sulpice: Gravel and clay soils, a terroir of depth and density Saint Christophe des Bardes: The plateau, with its clay-limestone soil containing starfish fossils, typical of great Saint-Emilion wines, brings complexity and density

    Vinification and aging

    - Selection of the best berries through a double sorting process after harvesting
