    Owner and history

    60 hectares of vines, averaging 28 years old, with a planting density of 8,700 vines per hectare. Pruning is traditional double Guyot. The grape varieties are 61% Cabernet Sauvignon, 27% Merlot, 8% Petit Verdot, and 4% Cabernet Franc.

    Vinification and aging

    Parcel selection. Cold pre-fermentation maceration (6-8 days), alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts. Malolactic fermentation in new barrels.
    Aging: 18 to 20 months in French oak barrels (80% new, 20% one-year-old). Traditional racking and fining with egg white in barrels.
