    Owner and history

The 6 hectares of Cabernet Franc (54%), Merlot (32%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (14%) vines grow out of sight, within the vineyard which creates a microclimate conducive to the ripening of the berries.

    Vinification and aging

    - Guillaume Pouthier uses 50% whole bunches whenever possible in order to preserve the fruit's deliciousness
    - Precise winemaking, without punching down or pumping over and with several blends.
    - The aging process should last 18 to 24 months in barrels with approximately 75% new oak, 16% large oak casks, and the remainder in amphorae.
