    Owner and history

    The Château extends over 55 hectares of vines planted on a terroir of gravel on a clay-limestone base very characteristic of the Pessac-Léognan appellation. Château Olivier is HVE level 3 certified and it mainly uses organic labeled treatments.

    Vinification and aging

    - Grapes harvested in crates through successive sorting
    - Aged in new oak barrels (35%) for 18 months
    - Winemaking in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks
    - Malolactic fermentation in barrels
