    Tête de Bélier white 2021 pairs well with fish and white meats in sauce. If you choose to accompany it with cheese, opt for a blue cheese or a goat cheese. Serve at around 12°C.

    Owner and history

    The vines for this cuvée are planted in clay-limestone soil with pebbles deposited during the Quaternary period. These specific characteristics allow the vines to develop perfectly. The Mediterranean climate that the vines benefit from also contributes to its unique character.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested grapes
    - Direct pneumatic pressing
    - Cold static deslimbing
    - Alcoholic fermentation in new barrels
    - Aged for 6 to 8 months in oak barrels on fine lees
