Owner and history

Vineyard area: 33 ha. Yield: 36.7 hl/ha. Production volume: 60,000 bottles. Clay-limestone soil. Hand-picked. Total destemming. First year of using optical sorting across the entire harvest.

Vinification and aging

Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks equipped with a temperature control system.
Malolactic fermentation in oak barrels.
Aged in new oak barrels for 75% of the harvest for a period of 12 to 24 months depending on the structure of the vintage, for one year for the remaining 25%.
