    Owner and history

    This cuvée comes from 7.5 hectares of vines located on the Pomerol plateau, which benefit from exceptional terroir. The soil is composed of clayey gravel and black clay over iron-rich subsoil. The vines have an eastern exposure. The grape varieties are Merlot (90%) and Cabernet Franc (10%).

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested to preserve the whole bunches
    - Fermentation in cement vats
    - Aged in barrels for 15 to 18 months in 35% new barrels.
