    Owner and history

    The vines are planted at an altitude of 350 meters, thus benefiting from excellent moisture retention. The vineyard covers 8.5 hectares, planted on flinty limestone and dolomitic springs. The vineyard is cultivated organically!

    Vinification and aging

    Hand-harvested
    Part of the grapes are vinified without destemming.
    The wine is aged for 20 months in truncated conical barrels.
