With this superb vintage, opt for meats with character. For example, game with fur, such as wild boar or roe deer!

    Owner and history

The Domaine de Chevalier vineyard is unique in that it cultivates both red and white grape varieties. Of its 55 hectares, 50 are dedicated to red wines, planted with Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot, while the remaining 5 hectares are planted with Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon. Both wines hold the Grand Cru Classé de Graves designation and delight enthusiasts with their consistent quality year after year. The Domaine de Chevalier enjoys a unique and privileged location, surrounded by a forest that helps retain heat in the summer, thus promoting optimal grape ripening.

    Vinification and aging

The wine will be aged for 18 months in barrels with approximately 35% new oak.
