    Vinification and aging

    Winemaking at Château Quintus is a meticulous process, aimed at preserving the purity of the aromas and the structure of the wine. After a manual harvest, the grapes are carefully sorted before being destemmed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, allowing for precise temperature control.
