    Owner and history

    Area: 90 hectares. The average age of the vines is 35 years. Sustainable farming practices are employed. Soil: clayey gravel over a limestone subsoil

    Vinification and aging

    Hand-harvested with successive sorting. Vinification in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Fermentation temperature of 25 to 30°C. Aged in oak barrels, 50% to 60% of which are new, for 14 to 18 months.
