    Owner and history

    Of the 86 hectares of vineyards, a third is dedicated to the vines of La Sirène de Giscours. The young Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot, and Cabernet Franc vines receive the same care as the Grand Cru vineyards. On the sandy gravel soils, the grapes are harvested by hand. The second wine of Château de Giscours is best enjoyed young and will express both its characteristic suppleness and elegance.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested grapes
    - Stainless steel and concrete fermentation with temperature control
    - Aged for 12 to 15 months in French oak barrels (fine grain and medium toast), 50% of which are new.
