    Owner and history

    The vineyard from which the grapes of the Grand Cru Les Preuses are sourced is located in the heart of the Chablis Grand Cru appellation. The south-east facing, sloping plot benefits from an exceptional terroir composed of marl and Kimmeridgian limestone, typical of Chablis. This specific soil allows the Chardonnay grapes to reach perfect ripeness, thus contributing to the production of wines of remarkable quality and great finesse.
