    Owner and history

    30 hectares with vines approximately 30 years old. Yield of 25 to 40 hectoliters per hectare. Soil: Pyrenean gravel

    Vinification and aging

    The grapes are harvested by hand into small crates, with an initial sorting in the vineyard. Destemming is done entirely by hand, and the wine is then hand-placed in wooden vats before being transferred directly into new barrels by gravity. The wine is aged for 18 months in new French oak barrels.
