With a handcrafted approach and a deep respect for the environment, Asseo has been able to make L'Aventure A domaine recognized both for the quality of its wines and for its commitment to sustainability.

    Vinification and aging

    Winemaking at L'Aventure It is a meticulous process, where each step is carefully considered to bring out the full potential of the grapes. After a manual harvest, the bunches are meticulously sorted. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, allowing for precise temperature control. Aging, which lasts several months, occurs in oak barrels, imparting delicate woody notes and a silky tannic structure. This expertise, combined with a passion for the art of winemaking, gives rise to exceptional wines.
