    Owner and history

    Le Petit Lion was created in 2007, following the replanting of vines primarily on several plots within the Grand Clos. The second wine comes from the estate's younger vines and is used in the blending of the estate's two flagship wines: Clos du Marquis and Las Cases.

    Vinification and aging

    The same methods are applied to the second wine as to the estate's grand vin.
