    Owner and history

    The vineyard extends across the Pauillac appellation, covering 114 hectares. Three parcels comprise the vineyard. Cabernet Sauvignon (71%), Merlot (25%), Cabernet Franc (3%), and Petit Verdot (1%) are cultivated on the Carruades plateau, from which the Carruades de Lafite wine originates.

    Vinification and aging

    - The grape harvest is done by hand
    - Vinification by plot in traditional oak vats and temperature-controlled stainless steel vats
    - Aged for 16 to 20 months (80% new oak barrels), the rest in vats
    - Bottling with fining using fresh egg whites
