    Owner and history

    The 39-hectare vineyard is situated on clay-limestone soils at the top and clay-sand-limestone soils on the hillside. The planting density is 6,500 to 8,500 vines per hectare. The vines are on average 40 years old.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested grapes
    - Maceration period of 15 to 30 days
    - Aged in 100% new oak barrels for 18 to 22 months
