    Owner and history

    The vineyard covers 57 hectares, and the average age of the vines is 30 years. The soil is clay-limestone over a limestone base containing asterias fossils.

    Vinification and aging

    Cultivation method based on controlled total cover cropping. Bud thinning, leaf removal, green harvesting if necessary. Hand-harvested in small crates. Sorting on a table before and after destemming. Vinification by racking in French oak barrels, 50% of which are new.
