    Owner and history

    Since 1871, Château La Conseillante has expanded to include 12 additional hectares. Located within the Pomerol appellation, the wine produced at the estate is considered emblematic. The vineyard is cultivated sustainably, and yields are controlled, notably through double Guyot pruning. This technique reduces vine yield, decreases the number of grape bunches, and thus concentrates the aromas in the berries. Hand-harvesting and plot-by-plot vinification are carried out in the new winery and at the heart of the estate.
