    The vineyard is located at the top of the Guntzian gravelly hills (sand and gravel).

    Vinification and aging

    The winery houses 42 temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The proportion of new oak barrels does not exceed 50 to 60%. Aging takes place between 18 and 21 months.
