    Vinification and aging

    Winemaking at Domaine Comte Senard is carried out with meticulous care. After rigorous hand-harvesting, the grapes are destemmed and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks to preserve the purity of the aromas, followed by aging in oak barrels, some of which are new, for approximately 12 months. This process allows the oak to subtly integrate while respecting the authenticity of the fruit. Blending is done with care to reveal the perfect expression of each plot and each vintage.
