    Owner and history

    The vineyard is perched between 350 and 420 meters above sea level. This altitude gives it incredible freshness while protecting it from the strong influence of the sea. The garrigue gives character to the wines, the mistral wind caresses the vines, and the rock imparts its identity to the vintages. Approximately 20,000 bottles of this vintage are produced each year from vines that are around forty years old.

    Vinification and aging

    The aging cellar is located in the heart of the former chapel of the Conil manor. The wines are aged for 18 months in 600-liter oak demi-muids and 30 and 40-hectoliter foudres.
