    Le vignoble du Domaine des Roches Neuves s'étend sur des coteaux argilo-calcaires, offrant un terroir idéal pour le Cabernet Franc. La diversité des sols, associée à un climat tempéré, favorise une maturation optimale des raisins. Les vignes, âgées de plusieurs décennies, sont cultivées en biodynamie, permettant de préserver la richesse et la complexité des arômes. L’exposition au soleil et la gestion des rendements sont soigneusement maîtrisées pour garantir des raisins de qualité exceptionnelle.

    Owner and history

    Franc de Pied comes from a sandy terroir that gives the Cabernet Franc its distinctive character. The vineyard is entirely cultivated biodynamically. The name of the cuvée refers to the vines, which have not been grafted and are therefore "ungrafted".
