    Owner and history

    Spanning 70 hectares (65ha for red and 5ha for white), the vineyard's vines are on average 65 years old. Located in the heart of the Crau plateau, on the Châteauneuf-du-Pape terroir of rolled pebbles, Domaine du Vieux Télégraphe produces only 4 wines.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested grapes
    - Fermentation for 25 to 40 days in stainless steel and wooden vats with temperature control
    - Aged for 20 to 22 months in 60-hectoliter French oak casks, then for 2 years in the bottle
