    The vines are cultivated organically and biodynamically. They grow in clay-limestone soils, which impart a great deal of freshness to the wines.

    Vinification and aging

    - Gentle pressing of whole bunch grapes
    - Fermentation with indigenous yeasts
    - One-year rearing in concrete eggs (no sulfur)
