    We recommend enjoying this wine at a temperature between 16 and 18°C. It pairs very well with red meat such as roast beef with peppercorn sauce.

    Owner and history

    This cuvée is made from a massal selection of Serine vines, an old variety of Syrah. This grape variety took 14 years to adapt to the Roussillon terroir. The vines are planted in schist and clay soils in the Saint-Joseph terroir. The vineyard is entirely managed biodynamically.
