    Owner and history

    The 90-hectare vineyard is cultivated organically and biodynamically. The vines are on a terroir composed of blue marl and gravel on a clay-limestone soil.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested and sorted in the vineyard
    - Vinification in cement and stainless steel tanks with maceration of 30 to 35 days using indigenous yeasts
    - Part of the wine is aged in tanks and the other part in barrels, with weekly lees stirring.
    - Bottled without fining or filtration
