    Owner and history

    The 16.7-hectare vineyard is situated on clay-sand soils. The remainder lies on a gravelly slope on the Lalande Pomerol plateau. The vineyard has an average age of 25 years.

    Vinification and aging

    - Pre-fermentation maceration at 8 to 10°C
    - Alcoholic fermentation
    - Maceration for 3 to 5 weeks
    - Winemaking entirely by gravity
    - Malolactic fermentation in barrels
    - Aged for 18 to 24 months with (75% to 80% new barrels)
    - No gluing or filtration
