    Owner and history

    Located in Pessac, on the outskirts of Bordeaux, the Château Pape Clément red vineyard covers 30 hectares and consists of 30-year-old vines. Gravelly and sandy-gravelly soil

    Vinification and aging

    Sustainable and plot-by-plot cultivation. Leaf removal and thinning. Hand-harvested in small crates with initial sorting in the vineyard. Destemming entirely done by hand. Pre-fermentation maceration at low temperature. Aged in new French oak barrels for 18 months.
