    Vinification and aging

    The 2019 Barolo Parafada is made according to traditional methods. The Nebbiolo grapes are hand-harvested and carefully sorted. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, followed by extended maceration to extract color and tannins. The wine is then aged in Slavonian oak barrels for approximately 24 months, which imparts complexity and depth. Before bottling, the wine is lightly filtered, preserving its authenticity and character.
