    The 32-hectare vineyard spans 4 communes and is divided into 42 plots! The average age of the vines is 31 years, including 3 hectares of Grenache planted in 1925. The vineyard is beginning its organic certification process.

    - Winemaking in stainless steel and concrete tanks
    - Long maceration period of 6 to 9 weeks
    - Aged in Burgundy barrels (2.28 hl) and demi-muids (6hl) for 9 to 18 months
