    Owner and history

    Until the 16th century, the hill was known as "Saint Christophe Hillside." At that time, winegrowers used to gather stones on their plots and pile them up. These heaps were called "Chirats." Hermitage is one of the smallest and most prestigious appellations in the Rhône Valley, covering 131 hectares.

    Vinification and aging

    - Grape harvest completely destemmed
    - Regular punch-downs and pump-overs at the beginning of alcoholic fermentation
    - Aged in barrels, 50% of which are new, for 18 months
    - No gluing, no filtration.
