Vinification and aging

The winemaking process Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er Cru ChâteauThe 2018 Gris is crafted with the utmost care, respecting Burgundian traditions. The grapes are sorted and destemmed before being placed in vats for fermentation. Maceration lasts several weeks, allowing the aromas and tannins to be extracted from the grape skins.
