    The Comte Senard - Aloxe-Corton Jules 2017 has a deep, almost ruby-red color. The nose opens with aromas of black cherry, raspberry, and subtle spicy notes.     Vinification and aging

    Winemaking at Domaine Comte Senard is carried out with the utmost care. After the grapes are hand-harvested, they are destemmed before being placed in vats for controlled fermentation. This process allows for the extraction of maximum color and flavor. The wine is then aged in oak barrels, some of which are new, for approximately 12 months, imparting a subtle oak influence and a rounded texture. Each step is carefully considered to reveal the aromatic potential of Pinot Noir while preserving the unique character of the terroir.
