    The plot is located above the valley and reaches an altitude of 350 meters. The Pinot Noir vines are 30 years old and grow in ponds characteristic of Saint-Romain.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested in crates to preserve the fruit
    - Long macerations and fermentations
    - Aged in oak barrels (12 months, 40% of which are new)
