    Enjoy with pork and chorizo ​​stir-fry, caillettes (a type of sausage) with green beans and dauphinoise potatoes, or duck skewers with creamy mashed potatoes. Best served at around 16°C.

    Owner and history

    This cuvée is a single-vineyard wine from the Perdrizière vineyard. The Gamay vines are planted at an altitude of 400 meters. The vineyard is cultivated organically and biodynamically.

    Vinification and aging

    The grapes are harvested by hand and then destemmed. Vinification takes place without sulfur, in amphorae. Fermentation occurs with indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged for 6 months in amphorae.
