    This plot consists of Grenache, Maccabeu, and Carignan vines grown on schist and black marl soils, benefiting from optimal southern exposure. The vineyard is cultivated using organic farming methods.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested and destemmed grapes
    - Mutation on grains and 30-day maceration
    - Aged for one year in glass demijohns placed in the sun, then in oak casks
