Owner and history

Low yields of 10 to 18 hl/ha obtained on very old vines.

Vinification and aging

The grapes are harvested and sorted by hand. The final blend is created during the aging process and results from a judicious combination of the different Hermitage terroirs. La Chapelle is aged in oak barrels for 15 to 18 months.
