    Vinification and aging

    The winemaking process for Château Malartic Lagravière 2016 is the result of traditional expertise combined with modern techniques. The grapes are harvested by hand, ensuring the selection of only the finest bunches. After meticulous destemming, the grapes are fermented under temperature control in stainless steel tanks. Aging in oak barrels lasts approximately 12 months, allowing the wine to absorb oak aromas and develop its complexity.
