    Owner and history

    Three distinct terroirs comprise the vineyard of this Premier Grand Cru Classé, with predominantly clay-limestone soils. The vines are 47 years old. Yield is 26 hl/ha. The harvest is entirely manual.

    Vinification and aging

    After a 3-week maceration in temperature-controlled wooden vats, the aging takes place in barrels for 18 to 32 months, of which 70 to 100% is new wood depending on the vintage.
