    Vinification and aging

    Pichon Baron: parcel selection, fermentation in stainless steel tanks, 70% new barrels, aged for 18 months.

    d'Armailhac: traditional winemaking, aged in oak barrels for 16 months.

    Grand-Puy-Lacoste: temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, aged 14-16 months in barrels (50% new).

    Petit Mouton: rigorous plot-by-plot vinification, aging in new barrels from the Mouton cellar.

    Pichon-Longueville Comtesse de Lalande: maceration 18-24 days, aging 18 months in barrels (≈ 50% new).
