Wines from Domaine Vacheron
An art in service of the land
Winemaking atDomaine VacheronThis reflects a deep respect for tradition and nature. The hand-harvested grapes undergo rigorous sorting before being vinified with minimal intervention. For the white wines, the Sauvignon Blanc is generally vinified in stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness and purity of the aromas, although some cuvées benefit from aging in oak barrels for added complexity. The estate's white wines are renowned for their perfect balance between mineral tension and aromatic richness, offering notes of citrus, white fruit, and a pronounced minerality.
The red wines, made from Pinot Noir grapes, undergo an aging process in oak barrels. This choice allows the wines to develop structure while preserving their finesse and fruity character. Wines like "Les Belles Dames" exemplify this expertise, offering subtle aromas of red fruit, silky tannins, and a beautiful, lingering finish.
